1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FindPal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use FindPal.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

Treat other users with respect
Show up to activities you join, or leave in advance if you cannot attend
Provide accurate information about activities you create
Not use the platform for harassment, spam, or illegal purposes
Not impersonate other users

4. Activities & Participation

FindPal is a platform that connects people for sports activities. We do not organize, supervise, or insure any activities. You participate at your own risk. Activity creators are responsible for accurately describing their activities, including whether payment is required.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (messages, reviews, profile info). By posting, you grant FindPal a license to display your content on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. False, defamatory, or malicious reviews may be removed. Repeated abuse of the review system may result in account suspension.

7. Paid Activities

Some activities may indicate they require payment. FindPal does not process payments. Any financial arrangements are solely between the activity creator and participants. FindPal is not responsible for any payment disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

FindPal is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from activities arranged through the platform. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FindPal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
