Feeling stressed or anxious? Need a creative reset? Join our outdoor ceramics & hike workshop and create your own mug to bring home! We will start with 2-3h hike though Biķernieku forest to clear our minds from everyday stresses, get inspired by shapes, patterns and compositions in nature, and move our bodies. Hike will be in an easy pace, and will include some embodiment and forest therapy practices to encourage our minds for creative thinking. After the hike we will arrive at Ķīšezers, where we will have an outdoor ceramics workshop. Lead by the teacher you will learn best ceramics hand-building techniques and create your own mug, plate or other medium sized object. These will be fired and available in ~ 1 week. If interested, afterwards you can join painting & glazing workshop to add some color and pattern to your art piece. All the materials will be provided. Remember to bring blanket to sit and work on, something to drink (water, tea, coffee) and some lunch or snacks
